Australian Delivery Charges

• Orders under $150.00 a $10.00 delivery charge applies across Australia.
• Orders over $150.00 FREE! Australia Only.

We usually process orders within 24 business hours of receiving your order if for any reason that it takes longer than 24 business hours to process your order, one of our staff will email you with a revised ETA.

In most cases your order will be shipped out by Australian Post Express or Air express. Once your order is processed and leaves our Warehouse it usually takes about 1-3 days to arrive at most major Australian Cities, Regional and remote area generally take 2-4 days for delivery.

New Zealand Delivery Charges

• All Orders NZ$20.00 across New Zealand.

We usually process orders within 24 business hours of receiving your order if for any reason that it takes any longer than 24 business hours to process your order, one of our staff we email you with a revised ETA.

In most cases your order will be shipped out by Australia Registered Post or our courier with delivery confirmation, a signature will be required generally takes 4-8 days delivery.

If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post Office. Australia Post will leave a card to notify you that you can collect your delivery at your convenience.

Discreet Delivery

Your order has been packed and shipped with your privacy and discretion in mind, there is no reference to La Pleasure on the package, a discreet business name we use is Mundii Enterprise for your privacy.
